Learn how to manage stress and increase your vitality.
In this 50 hour course, cultivate the core skill for this coming age – the ability to recognize stress in ourselves and others and develop the tools to transform it and balance it with conscious relaxation.
Stress is the great disease of the modern age. Over 60% of the population in the western world feel stressed, and have little support or tools to manage it properly. Through the technology of Kundalini Yoga we can bridge that gap, by sharing our knowledge and skills to help people reduce and manage their stress. Yogi Bhajan said one of the gifts of Kundalini Yoga is becoming resilient. It increases your vitality and goes to the core of one’s ability to respond to challenges with courage, positivity and self-empowerment.
This course offers you knowledge, tools and techniques to successfully teach stress management.
