We offer accommodation near the venue where we hold the course. You will see in the price section, the cost with and without accommodation. There is the option of shared room, private room and private room with ensuite

MEALS:
We will be providing healthy and delicious vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as herbal teas and snacks during the breaks. In case you have special dietary needs or food allergies please inform us ahead of time and we will try to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee it will be to your full satisfaction. In those cases we suggest you bring with you additional food items (only vegetarian foods allowed) that you may need to compliment or complete your diet. We provide gluten and diary free options

The Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training course is a strictly vegetarian environment. It is also a drug free, cigarette free, and alcohol free environment. No pets are allowed.
Courteous and respectful behavior towards fellow students and staff is expected. We reserve the right to request anyone disobeying course policies to leave the course.

COURSE SCHEDULE:
The daily routine is filled from beginning to end; but there’s also time built-in for self-reflection, lots of laughter, and restoration. This schedule is approximate, times may change:
5:30 am Japji (Reading Meditation)
5.50 am Kundalini Yoga Kriya
6:30 a.m Aquarian Sadhana Mantra Meditation
8:00 to 9:30 am Breakfast
9:00 to1.00 pm Morning Classes - usually including meditation, lecture and kriya
1.00 to 14:30 pm Lunch
14:30 to 19.00 pm Afternoon Classes - usually including meditation, lecture and kriya
19.00 to19:30 pm Dinner
On some evenings after dinner there might be classes or group activities for about one hour.
On the first day of each module we will begin at 10:00 am to accommodate to those traveling from far away.
Otherwise we will follow the above schedule. On the last day we aim to finish by 5.00 p.m.

GETTING HERE:
By plane: the nearest airports are Gold Coast or Ballina. You can take a shuttle bus to Brunswick Heads with Byron Easy Bus 02 66857447. The cost is approximately AUD$45.00. Or contact Darren who will pick you up from airport and take you direct cost is $80 discounted rate if you mention Mahanraj 0432 168 230.
CANCELATION & REFUND POLICIES
For all cancellations the International College of Kundalini Yoga must receive your written request for a refund emailed to Mahanraj Kaur. Cancellation fees apply, see below. There are no refunds after one month before the course begins.

- The registration fee of AUD$500 is non-refundable
- 2 months before course begins AUD$500 fee
- Up 1 month before course begins AUD$1,000 fee
- Last month before beginning of course No Refunds
