The following is a list of items we recommend you bring
These items will help to make your experience of the course more comfortable.
Please note that in following with this yogic tradition you will be expected
to wear white clothing during your practicums. For energy purposes the use of
natural fabrics is recommended in yoga.
- Comfortable clothing appropriate for yoga practice
- Woolen or cotton meditation blanket or shawl
- Running/Walking Shoes and wool socks
- Yoga mat or sheepskin
- Meditation cushion if necessary
- Alarm clock
- Water Bottle
- Notebook and pens for lectures
