This course is a great foundation for deepening your understanding of meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Are you a Kundalini Yoga Teacher?
This course will deepen your practice and give you new perspectives and techniques to pass on to your classes. Contemplative capacity is an integral part of becoming an Aquarian Teacher™. The 21 Stages of Meditation contributes to Level Three Certification within The Aquarian Teacher™ Training Program and qualifies for 24 credits of continuing education for RYTs with Yoga Alliance.

This course will broaden the scope of what you understand meditation to be and open new doors of perception in your life and in your practice.

The book "21 Stages of Meditation", published by KRI, is highly recommended for those participating in this course. If you do not already own it you will have the option to purchase it at the course. Please let us know if you wish to purchase the book.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The course will be held in Brunswick Heads, NSW where accommodations are offered. We encourage people to stay with the group even if they live nearby so they can enhance their experience of group consciousness and morning group sadhana.
Accommodations will be in shared rooms and the cost will include breakfast, lunch and dinner.

7:00 am – 8:00 am Breakfast
8:00 am – 12:15 pm Classes begin
12:15pm – 1:30 pm Lunch
1:30 pm – 5:30 pm Class
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Dinner
Group Sadhana is available every morning. You are invited and encouraged to attend morning Sadhana.

WHAT TO BRING
· Clothing appropriate for yoga and playing
· Notebook and pens for taking notes
· We encourage you to wear white clothing for classes
· Sheepskin or yoga mat, blanket for relaxation and meditation
· A meditation cushion is recommended, especially if you are not used to sitting for a long time
